It’s not what I expected, can I return it?

We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. The following information will help you with regards to the items purchased.

Safe Care Equine:

You may return these within 28days and will receive a full refund if the original labels are on the product and they have not been used. If you have started to use a product and then feel it isn’t suitable, you can return it, but please note that we will not refund any product that has less than approximately 80% of the volume remaining.

We will refund the full costs of any item properly returned to us including the original delivery charges. Return postal charges however are non-refundable.

We are happy to offer you an exchange; however, you will need to pay the additional postage costs for the replacement item. These items will not be sent out until full postage costs have been received.

Equine Magnetix:

You may return items within 14days of the original purchase date. The item(s) must be returned in a saleable condition i.e. original product tags and in full retail packaging. If the returned item(s) are soiled or have been used, we will not offer a refund. Postage charges are non-refundable.

You are responsible for returning the item including postage and packaging costs and we strongly advise you use a tracked service as we cannot offer a refund if the item has not been received by EcoGreen Equestrian. You will be refunded for the price you have paid for the item. All postage and packaging costs are non-refundable.
